Here is a breakdown of the AI Film News from the video.

HeyGen Motion 1.0 - HeyGen just launched Motion 1.0. This is without a doubt the best balance of easy-to-use tool with professional results for voice translation in film. The tool dubs the footage from one language into another and is nearly seamless. You can move your hands, make gestures, use unique tones of voice, and HeyGen will flawlessly track, translate, and lip-sync your video with any input text.

Stable Audio 2.0 - Stability AI recently launched Stable Audio 2.0. We put it to the test against Suno.AI to see how it holds up. Honestly, Suno is ahead in terms of quality, but knowing Stability AI's history, it will surely get much better over time.

Pixverse Character Consistency - Pixverse released one of the first character consistency features that we have seen directly inside of a video generator. We still prefer the traditional pipeline of using Midjourney and Akool, then running images through an image to video tool, but this Pixverse feature is a start…

Krea's Realtime Image Generator - This is not the newest tool out there by any means, but we noticed a super fun workflow that we cannot stop playing with. If you turn on the camera, you can generate images of yourself in real-time.

Garment 3D Generator - Using just a single image of an outfit, you can generate a 3D version of any clothing. Not only that, but you can also adjust the size and even use it in VR.

Hume AI - You probably saw the release of a new AI tool called Hume AI. Hume AI analyzes your posture, tone, and dictation to read your emotions. If you're feeling down, give Hume a try and see if they can cheer you up. It is wild how accurate it is at judging your emotions.

FreePik - FreePik Reimagine is the newest image generator and offers a unique feature that allows you to restyle your images in real-time.

New Podcast Episode - Last week we launched another episode of The Curious Refuge Podcast. We were super excited to have Alie Jules on as our guest. Alie broke down AI's role in marketing and advertising. It was one of our favorite chats on the podcast. :)

Zero One Cine - We had the opportunity to chat with Mauricio Tonin and Odair Flaco from Zero One Cine about our experience of becoming AI filmmakers and going viral.

AI Filmmaking San Francisco Meet-Up - If you are in or around the San Francisco area, check out this meet-up! These have become some of our favorite parts of the Curious Refuge community.

Amsterdam AI Film Festival - This will be the first AI Film Festival in Amsterdam. We are very excited to participate virtually in this festival. Amsterdam in the Summer is incredible!

GROK 1.5 - Grok 1.5 will be able to read 128k words of information. The average script is around 22k-30k words. This means Grok 1.5 will be able to analyze your script and give you feedback. This will be extremely helpful in getting through creative blocks and expanding your creative process. It will also be usable directly in X!

OpenAI's Voice Cloning Tool - OpenAI launched a new voice cloning tool. It looks like they are not only aiming for this to be a tool for the creative industry but also to help people with speech impairments.

Apple's ReALM Beat GPT 4 - Apple's latest AI tool ReALM looks like a very real competitor to text-based GPT conversation bots. It seems like Apple may not be as behind in the AI race as we thought.

Midjourney 7 Timeline - Midjourney v7 is expected to be here by Summer. I guess we can all plan to use our summer vacation for prompting! Just kidding, you should look away from a screen from time to time…

Mootion's New AI Hand Gestures - Hands have always been some of the greatest weaknesses of AI generators. Well, Mootion has released a tool to specifically motion track hand gestures.

New Curious Refuge Tutorial - Last week we launched a new tutorial showing you how to create cinematic AI video using Haiper. We believe the tool is the best free AI video generator.

Leonardo's Lightning XL Model - Leonardo just launched their Lightning XL Model that generates your images even faster than before.

OpenAI is Testing Usage Based Earnings - In an effort to create 'a vibrant ecosystem where builders are rewarded for their creativity and impact,' OpenAI is beginning to test usage-based GPT earnings. I guess now's the time to share your awesome custom GPTs with the world.
