This module focuses on the core difference between live-action and animation (exaggeration), mastering the basics of prompting for consistent images and video, and structuring a screenplay specifically for an animated workflow.

In this module you’ll move into deep specificity, designing consistent characters and locations, building shotlists and storyboards, and learning how to "break" the AI to achieve exaggerated, non-realistic performances that feel truly animated.

This is the technical heavy-lifting module. We’ll cover voice acting, compositing, and specifically the advanced workflows for lip-syncing (including 2D lip-syncing with advanced tools and non-human characters) to finalize a complete short.

This final section shifts from creation to visibility. We’ll cover pitch decks, designing high-converting thumbnails and posters, and strategies for distributing work to build an audience or sell a show.
