The star is Dieter, a bespectacled, vest-wearing older German man standing in a doorway looking exactly like every uncle at every family gathering, and that total ordinariness is the joke and the charm at the same time. Simon locked character consistency through a single base image fed into Seedance's text-to-video mode, then built every scene around multishot prompts describing lighting, wardrobe, and location, letting InVideo's Agent One hold it all together.
