The Runway Gen:48 competition is a dynamic short film contest hosted by Runway Studios, where teams of filmmakers are challenged to create a short film, ranging from 1 to 4 minutes, within a 48-hour period. This intensive and creative competition pushes participants to utilize artificial intelligence tools provided by Runway to innovate and execute their visions quickly. Teams or individual participants across the globe, where the competition is legally permitted, can enter. The submitted films are eligible for several prizes, with winners determined by both public voting and a jury made up of Runway team members.
