This GenJam, we’re partnering with our friends at Conscious Minds in Pasadena for a night all about character consistency—how to build memorable, dimensional characters using generative AI, and keep their personalities sharp across scenes, lines, styles, and even tools.
From stoic cowboys to chaotic narrators, legendary villains to clueless sidekicks—we’ll show you how to make a character feel real. You’ll learn how to guide your character’s behavior, dialogue, and tone using tools like LoRA workflows, Krea, Hedra and other tools —and then bring them to life.
What You’ll Do
🎭 Build a Cohesive Character
Learn how to use generative AI to create consistent character traits, backstory, tone of voice, and even style.
Explore tools like LoRA (Low-Rank Adaptation) models and Crea’s character engine.
🧠 Parody a Famous Monologue
Pick (or remix) a legendary scene—from Shakespeare to Shyamalan.
Adapt it in your character’s voice: smart, unhinged, overly literal, poetically cursed—you choose.
🎬 Make It Memorable
Create a short scene, trailer, or parody film in teams using AI video, voice cloning, and image generation tools.
For those interested, we’ll offer a quick tutorial on how to optionally cast yourself using LoRA and avatar tools—no pressure, just play.
