BAIFF is Romania's first festival dedicated to AI cinema, taking place at Apollo111 Cinema, Bucharest's newest indie and art-house cinema. The program includes competitive screenings of international AI-generated short films, panels and talks on the intersection of artificial intelligence and filmmaking, networking, and interactive AI elements. Submissions are open on FilmFreeway.

BAIFF is organized by a team of pioneers of AI-powered new media art in Romania. Festival partners include MME, a production and post-production company with over 30 years producing feature films and commercials for major international brands; UNATC, Romania's national university of theatre and film, through their research center CINETic; and Bucharest Business School.
